This site is dedicated to the memory of Derek Larkin.
Derek was born in Co Meath, Ireland on September 11, 1980. Moved to Wiltshire in the UK to further his career in the Bloodstock industry. Married to Laura in May 2010 and then had a daughter Niamh May born on March 21st 2012. He tragically took his own life on April 3rd 2013.
The most important legacy that Derek leaves behind will be the gifts he leaves to Niamh in her personality…….his unmistakable humour, his relentless tenacity , his unending loyalty, and his limitless trust in other people.
We will all remember him for this, with much love. As a son, a brother, a husband, a father and a friend we’re all lucky to have known him. He will be forever missed and never forgotten.
